On 31st May, 2018, the Senior Management team of Cavendish University, led by the Vice Chancellor conducted a Leadership and Management course for all student leaders where they disclosed to them the ups and downs of being a leader. Among the topics of discussion were; concepts of leadership and management, leadership frameworks, leadership challenges and emotional intelligence.
The young leaders were let in on the secrets to leadership styles that bring results. It was a fruitful initiative that was crowned with certificate awards to all participants.
