The Rule of Law Club of Cavendish University Uganda in conjunction with Uganda Law Society organised an outreach to St. Joseph’s Senior Secondary School Naggalama on 6th July, 2019 where they sensitised students about the basic principles for rule of law and local justice.
The exercise shall be extended to several secondary schools exposing them to the current trends in Law and the need to uphold the Law as well as the role of the Youth in our bid for National Development.
In their ongoing efforts to promote the observance and understanding of the rule of law, the CUU Rule of Law Club has since had other outreaches to Secondary Schools in Nansana municipality, Waakiso and Mukono Districts where they handed out reading materials and sensitised the audience.
