The year 2021 has begun on a great note for Cavendish University Uganda (CUU) having emerged Gold Award Winners for the Best Private University in Uganda at the 2020/2021 Consumers Choice Awards.
This is the second time running as CUU received the same award in 2019.
The award was received by CUU’s Executive Director, Mr. David Mutabanura, the University Librarian, Ms. Alice Aakiteng and the Deputy Dean of Students, Mr. Medard Nabaasa at the Consumers Choice Awards ceremony which was held on 31st March, 2021 at the Golf Course Hotel, Kampala.
The Consumers’ Choice Award (CCA) was established to recognise business excellence. CCA annually conducts a comprehensive, objective and independent market research survey, to determine brand reputation, customer satisfaction and business excellence of organisations through the quality of their service. It is a true reflection of the marketplace as it represents the opinion of consumers and buyers across Uganda.
The award recognises brands in the Private Sector that consistently deliver a high level of service to their customers by exemplifying integrity and professionalism.
Each year, the Consumers Guide Magazine will recognise the best companies for their earnest efforts in business excellence and keeping the customer’s best interests in mind.
The exciting selection process and the announcement of finalists culminates in the Consumers Choice Awards Dinner, a gala evening that will convene hundreds of the industry’s brightest luminaries to network, toast the winners and celebrate the best companies voted by consumers.
