Mr & Miss Cavendish 2019 attained a second set of crowns this year when they emerged the winners in the colourful Mr & Miss Universities of East Africa pageant. The underlying objective of the pageant was a campaign against STIs (Sexually Transmitted Infections) and over 12 Universities participated in the contest which took place on 23rd August, 2019 at Tirupati Mall, Kabalagala. Prominent among those included; Makerere University, Ndejje University, Kyambogo University, KIU, Nkumba Univesity, IUEA and Team University.
The ceremony was sponsored by Wardz Modeling World in partnership with International University of East Africa. All contestants put up a great show but the exceptional performance of Mr & Miss Cavendish 2019 earned them the ultimate grand prize of USD 1,000 each.
