CUU’s Ninsiima Sufficient, a second year student pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree was among millions of participants from 139 countries across the globe to participate in the Historical competition, “The League of Poets” for the year 2020.
The League of poets is an International organisation committed to promoting world peace through poetry. The contemporary poets made each poem like a journey to peace, utterly unique and exceptional.
Sufficient made it to the final winners’ list and as a result, her name will be engraved on the pages of the world’s first ever biggest anthology for peace as will the rest of the winners.
All winners were awarded the Grand Prize 2020 honorary certificates between 11th-18th February, 2020.
After the anthology publication on 10th March, 2020, the book shall be shipped in bulk to different institutions globally for FREE as part of the mission to ensuring peace is promoted and peace voices are heard in all corners of the world.
