On Friday, 17th August, 2018, Cavendish University Uganda had it’s inaugural University Advisory Council meeting which was held at the main campus in Nsambya.
The new University Advisory Council members are: Mr. Richard Byarugaba – MD, National Social Security Fund; Dr. Sam Orach Orach – Executive Secretary of the Uganda Catholic Medical Bureau; Hajjat Aisha Lubega – Deputy Chairperson, Uganda Electoral Commission; Lady Justice Prof. Lilian Tibatemwa Ekirikubinza – Justice of the Supreme Court; Mr. David Rusa – Alumnus and Director Special Duties, Office of the President; Mr. Onapito Ekomoloit – Director Legal and Corporate Affairs, Nile Breweries.
As part of their inaugural meeting, Members got to tour some of the Campus facilities and interact with some CUU students who have distinguished themselves in their Faculties.
