About

The Editorial Board of the Cavendish University Law Journal (CULJ) is inviting the submission of articles of substantial legal merit. The Journal provides an avenue for academics, Scholars, Jurists, and Legal practitioners to expose and discuss diverse legal issues which are of National and International importance for sustainable development. The Journal hereby invites well-researched articles in any area of law for publication in its Second edition. Each manuscript we receive is scrutinized in an extensive peer-review process. The decision to publish an article is based on many considerations, including the significance and timeliness of the topic and the quality of the writing. The articles must promote legal education and skill. No article shall be accepted for publication before a first draft has been reviewed.

The Editorial Board of the Cavendish University Law Journal calls for submissions on a rolling basis.

Submissions should follow the Submission Guidelines of the journal and they will be peer-reviewed appropriately.
