University Fees Payment Made Easy Via Mobile Money!

Dear Students,
In addition to paying fees over the counter using Stanbic Bank, DFCU Bank, Cairo International Bank, DTB Bank and UBA Bank, you can now use the SchoolPay platform, available on MTN Mobile Money & Airtel Money.

With this new payment option, you can instantly pay your fees at your convenience using Mobile Money.

To use this payment option, here are the procedures you need to follow:

When using MTN

1. Dial *165#
2. Select Option 4 (Payments)
3. The Option 3 (School fees)
4. Then Option 2 (SchoolPay)
5. Then option 1 (Pay fees)
6. Enter the Student ID Number with the prefix “CUU” e.g CUU011015 (Student Name will pop up for you to verify)
7. Enter Amount
8. Enter your PIN to confirm transaction

When using Airtel

1. Dial *185# or *165#
2. Select Option 6 (School Fees)
3. The Option 2 (SchoolPay)
4. Then option 1 (Pay fees)
5. Enter the Student ID Number with the prefix “CUU” e.g CUU011015 (Student Name will pop up for you to verify)
6. Enter Amount
7. Enter your PIN to confirm transaction

Payments via the website: Visit www.schoolpay.co.ug, Click pay fees, Follow prompts.

Payment through the App:

1. Download the School Pay Uganda App in the Google Play Store
2. Open the app and click Pay fees
3. Follow Prompts
4. You will receive instant confirmation message on your phone.
5. The school will also be notified of the transaction made to clear the student.

Stanbic Banking Hall / Agent: Simply present the student’s Payment code at any convenient Stanbic Bank Branch or Agent across the country and your payment. A receipt will be issued for you to keep.
