Ms Nnagadya Sumayah

Nnagadya Sumayah is a Ugandan journalist, digital media expert, and an academician with over 16 years of experience in journalism, media, and higher education. She is a Part time Lecturer at Cavendish University Uganda and holds a Master of Arts in Journalism and Communication from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management of Teaching at Higher Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from IUIU, where she was recognized as the best female graduate in 2009 and awarded the prestigious IICO award.

Sumayah is a seasoned digital journalist and an expert in graphic design and multimedia production, with advanced skills in Adobe Suite, video editing, photography, and media content creation. Her professional experience includes roles in teaching, media research, public relations, and production, with contributions at the Parliament of Uganda, Bilal FM, and Cavendish University Uganda. She is widely respected for her innovation, leadership, and commitment to excellence in Uganda’s media and communication sector.
