On October 28th, all roads led to the upscale Theater La Bonita, Kampala where the University held the Miss Cavendish University 2017 competition. The audience witnessed stiff competition between 12 finalists who were judged on both beauty and brains, with Ms. Peniella Kazemwami, a Bachelor of Business Management student, taking the crown. The event, which was graced by students, faculty, admin, parents and well-wishers. In his address, the Vice Chancellor, Prof. John Mugisha emphasized the importance of culture, beauty and academics.
