Cavendish University Uganda, in partnership with cornerstone domino e.V. and guided by Hon. Birgit C. Bergmann, has introduced domino dynamics—a practical approach to leadership education. The initiative emphasizes learning through real projects, values-based action, and international collaboration, aiming to prepare students for the challenges of tomorrow.
Domino Dynamics flips the traditional script on leadership development and social aid. Instead of importing external solutions, it ignites self-efficacy and systemic change from within.
This triggers a participatory chain reaction: knowledge, resources, and success are passed on, multiplying impact. Rooted in values-based leadership, cultural diversity, and project-driven learning, domino dynamics replaces charity with solidarity and dependency with autonomy.
