Ms. Angel Kobusinge was, on 2nd October 2021, crowned Miss Tourism Uganda Congeniality 2021/2022. Angel is pursuing a degree of Business Administration in Human Resource Management at Cavendish University Uganda.
Angel Kobusinge is also the reigning Miss Tourism Tooro Heritage 2021/2022, a crown she received on 14th August 2021 at the Tooro sub-region beauty competitions.
Miss Tourism Beauty pageant is a private initiative organised by the Miss Tourism Foundation to ensure conservation in Uganda. 26 contestants competed in this year’s pageant which was won by Ms Susan Kahunde from the Tooro sub-region. Angel Kobusinge managed to bring home the Miss Congeniality crown due to her poise and pleasant personality that made her stand out.
The event, which was held at the Serena Hotel, Kampala under the theme, “African Pride,” attracted a smaller audience because of the standard operating procedures put in place to control Covid-19 infections.
