Careers and Employability Officer – Student Affairs / Career Services

Person Specifications

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Guidance and Counselling, Business Administration, Education or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage
2. A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in career guidance, employer relations, or graduate employability programming, preferably in a higher-education setting
3. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with employers, alumni and industry partners
4. Experience organizing career fairs, internships, mentorship programmes and job-placement services
5. Good knowledge of labour market trends and Excellent communication, networking and organizational skills
