Career Objective



The goal of the Master of Education degree in Educational Management is to provide students with a wide range of skills, knowledge and attitudes to respond to the needs of Educational institutions for effective management and development.

  1. To stimulate, broaden and deepen the teachers intellectual and technical growth as well as their understanding of the developmental stages and needs of the learners they teach;
  2. To prepare educators / teachers and managers of education with adequate knowledge, skills and command of issues necessary for designing, implementing, supervision and evaluation of programs.
  3. To produce highly-motivated, conscientious and effective managers who are able to engage in the production of human resource to meet the demands of the community;
  4. To cultivate a sense of national consciousness, patriotism and allegiance to the professional code of conduct as educators;
  5. To prepare teachers adequately for efficiency in educational administration, management, evaluation and measurement;
  6. To prepare professionals for leadership who will advocate for harmonious development by striving for spiritual maturity, mental excellence and physical wel being.
