The goal of the Master of Education degree in Educational Management is to provide students with a wide range of skills, knowledge and attitudes to respond to the needs of Educational institutions for effective management and development.
- To stimulate, broaden and deepen the teachers intellectual and technical growth as well as their understanding of the developmental stages and needs of the learners they teach;
- To prepare educators / teachers and managers of education with adequate knowledge, skills and command of issues necessary for designing, implementing, supervision and evaluation of programs.
- To produce highly-motivated, conscientious and effective managers who are able to engage in the production of human resource to meet the demands of the community;
- To cultivate a sense of national consciousness, patriotism and allegiance to the professional code of conduct as educators;
- To prepare teachers adequately for efficiency in educational administration, management, evaluation and measurement;
